Can you hear the children play?
The Innocence of Childhood by Peter Jarvis
Monorhyme writing prompt entry

The children laugh and shout all day,

Their games unfold in bright array,

With balls and hoops, they twist and sway,

The sun burns hot, they still obey,

No rules too strict to block their fray,

Through fields they dart, a wild ballet,

Their joy paints life in hues of gray,

No care for night, no thought of pay,

Just endless fun in pure display,

A world alive when kids at play.

Writing Prompt
