Squirrels leap  With nimble grace through the trees,   Nature's acrobats.   Writing Prompt Write a (one stanza) 3-7-5 on any subject. The first line of your poem should have three syllables. The second line should have seven. The final line should have 5 again. Any topic. Author Notes Each day, a delightful family of squirrels visits my garden, where I've set up a feeding station. There are three of them mum, dad, and their baby whom I have named Sammy, Samantha, and Simon. Watching them brings me immense joy.
