Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year

the sun says goodbye
at dusk
over lilac mellow waves
♦♦♦
as the moon
rises triumphantely
neath a veil of stardust
♦♦♦
ancient trees
clothe themselves
with nightingale songs
♦♦♦
eventide is coming
and the tides on the sand
cool off the shore
|
