Mountains screech, trees roar, while silent streams weep Undulating remains of life oozing pestilent defense  Topples from great heights to crash the deviant soup Advancing change the grey bulbs burst radiating rain Toss the salad of genetic mix makes pods of green and red Inside cocoons of churning wild growth comes the meld Observe the birth of the impossible leafed, rooted babe Never doubt the changeling of species where Manitree is born Recognized Author Notes An extension of my poem called "The meld".
