bright shards   of mem'ries pierce   time's veil   Recognized Author Notes Even when you find yourself in a dark place, a bright memory just pops in and makes you smile... of course, the opposite could be true as well - we just get good (better and better with age!!!) at ignoring the dark shards when they cut through...
