In a bustling town with dreams so bright,
Three men ventured, hearts alight.
Tom, Dick, and Harry, with plans to build,
Entered the market, their ambitions filled.

Tom and Dick, with eager haste,
Ignored the rules, their dreams to taste.
With substandard goods and cladding frail,
Their projects faltered, destined to fail.

Fires and collapses marked their way,
Fortunes lost in disarray.
Bankruptcy knocked on both their doors,
Their dreams of wealth now distant shores.

But Harry, wise and cautious from the start,
Used every penny, played his part.
With quality materials and due procedure,
He built his houses, a true believer.

Overseeing all with a menacing grin,
Was Vlad, the developer, ruthless within.
Threatening court at every chance,
Making their journey a treacherous dance.

Yet Harry, steadfast, rose above,
His reputation soared like a dove.
From humble beginnings to billionaire heights,
He triumphed through integrity’s lights.

So in this tale of three men bold,
A lesson of wisdom and truth is told.
For when faced with threats and daunting strife,
It’s integrity and diligence that build a life.
