How grateful I am for lectoring this day
I have returned from my twisted, sinful way
I stood up in front of the congregation to read
Planting the seed
Joy and peace abide in my soul
As we gave thanks for the fruits of creation
I felt completely whole
Celebrating with praise and devotion

I was banned from reading, singing and serving Communion in church for several months due to problems I was having with other people in the church. Father, the pastor, reinstated me after I stopped writing letters to people expressing anger. He was glad I sang at our Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday, Nov. 24.
