He didn’t approve of his daughter wedding an artist. There was no future in a relationship of this nature. William tried to find a full time employment. Julia waited patiently for an outcome. She was starting to get concerned when nothing came of William’s search. A decision had to be made she decided to sail from England to New Zealand. As a child she told me so much about her life and as a tribute to her I am writing it down for my future generations
