My life hmm what does it mean???
At times it seems to be like a world wind
Wondering when all the trials and test will really end
Happy and sad but I still am glad
Glad to be a part of this journey
Trying to provide and give a testimony
When life hasn't always been the greatest
Who am I to state this
When others are praying just for a piece of it
But realizing at the same time it hasn't been a dream
Not to mention all my things ...
Rather it be the abuse, in many forms
Accepting the love from many storms
Terminating a child
Loss of my children's dad
Being houseless but not homeless
Mental health on the ledge
Wealth was walking the edge
And lastly feeling by myself
Left to raise three minority sons without any help
But through the struggles I'm still able
I must Thank God for all those in between
It hasn't always been what it seemed
As if I had just picked this up like a theme
God kept me
Guided me with ALL the necessary tools
Me not knowing how to apply it
I had to step back
Because I kept turning back
But through it ALL he saved me
I'm still in this race
Fighting each and every day
No more looking back
I'm just taking it step by step
Day by day
Because I can't afford another replay
I hope this finds you!
Don't give up, keep going
You're on your way
I pray for you and you pray for me
Until we meet again
It's always L.O.V.E
