To be an empath is difficult. But it is not my fault. We don't choose how we feel. When we witness an assault. To be an empath is to be kind. We don't ask for reward. Glory does not cross our minds. At the destination, we move toward. To be an empath takes its toll. The heart is open to attack. It's difficult to maintain emotional control. It was a sad sight looking back.
