Excellent a 75-word story Gauchos by Bill Schott

While on an exercise in Vieques, Puerto Rico, with the Field Artillery Group, our meteorological section encountered gauchos, who lasso and ride wild horses all over the island. Of course, seeing this, one of the Marines had to lasso a horse as well. Once he had it, and managed to get on its back, he was unceremoniously bucked off and landed on his back.  Our squad leader noted that, luckily, the ground broke his fall.  Author Notes Image from Google
