When seas of sadness overflow 
from down below
It fashions waves 
to make us slaves
 
The shores we claim will hold it back 
will often crack 
and test the length 
of human strength 
 
We must not let it drag us down 
or let us drown 
Let faith prevail 
and you shall sail

Write a Minute Poem. The Minute Poem is rhyming verse form consisting of 12 lines of 60 syllables written in strict iambic meter.
