The warmth in mother's womb
Makes outside world seem cold
But then you see your parent's eyes
Full of tears of joy
And you know it'll be okay
It's you they select
To love forever
To teach and protect
Every day you can move more
And feel so much freer
But still have to look up
To see what is right
So you look around
For hope to grow
In knowledge and words
And reap what you sow
Then to school you go
Look to teachers and friends
Learn about bullies
And gossips, how to
Fight for what you believe
Then you graduate
With the self you've built
And move to meet your fate
You find your niche
In work and love
Build a family of your own
And too quickly grow gray.
With gained wisdom
And faith you fend
off doubt of where you'll go when
You look toward your final end
