Excellent a 100-word story Victor Wins by Bill Schott 100 Word Story writing prompt entry

While passing by a lot, Gene saw boys playing touch football. "Victor wins!" shouted one lad, after a boy caught a ball in what must have been the end zone. Playing on, another boy ran the ball in the opposite direction until three others yelled, "Victor Wins!” Curious, Gene walked up to one of the boys and asked why the team shouts what they shout.  He said that their coach’s name is Victor Smith, and he instructed the members to shout ‘Victor Wins’ whenever one of them scores.   “What if you don’t say it?”   “I guess Victor didn’t,” he answered.   Writing Prompt Write a story of 100 words.
