Child, I know it hurts To lose a baby tooth, but Now a new one can grow in!   Recognized Author Notes My youngest lost an eye-tooth today. She cried mightily, and I couldn't get her to believe that her loss was necessary for a new and better tooth to take its place. The enamel of milk teeth is not as durable as that of permanent teeth. So many metaphors with life. Thank you to AllondraGallegos for letting FanStory writers use "Smile for the Moment" with their writing, even though it says, "Laugh now, Cry later," I hope it's the opposite for anyone "losing a tooth!"
