The Twilight by Lilly Desdemona

Dreams oh so endless

What have you done to me now

Stuck betwixt waking

A twilight most foul

Spent on the dimly lit shore

Sol and lune above

Useless cry for help

Out to the endless ocean

Only cold wind blow

From dizzying heights

To the stomach churning depths

Rest just fantasy

Set out on her waves

Cruel turning of the sea

Nausea a flood

Salt air burns the eyes

Leaving its powdery dust

Cold winds dry the lungs

Escaped upon dawn

Cruel ocean's vision fades

Morning light splits dark

Mind left asunder

Faded visions rush away

Night banished again
