Warning: The author has noted that this contains the highest level of violence. An unexpected sneeze jerked the uncoordinated handyman, knocking him off balance. Releasing the drill, Roger gripped the ladder with both hands as he shimmied across the room, attempting to gain control. Unable to maintain or stop the affair, Roger was thrown upward from the ladder into the air and the path of the steel blades of the ceiling fan. His torn and decapitated skull embedded into the blades circled the ceiling as his body rotted on the floor below. Ten years later a newly married couple was terrified to find his mummified corpse in the foyer of their new home.  Writing Prompt Let's take flash fiction to the extreme.
