He said he was head over heels, Right from the first moment we met. But he couldn't quite seal the deal, I constantly played hard to get. I'd give him a glimmer of hope, Then ditch at the drop of a hat. Until, at the end of his rope, He stopped, called it quits just like that. It dawned on me right then and there, That we were a match made in heaven. I told him there’s love in the air, He said he would be here by seven. It seems I was right to assume, That we were two birds of a feather. For now that I'm over the moon, He's suddenly under the weather.
