Venus was Goddess of Love in Ancient Myth.
The second brightest object in the night sky (and hottest planet in our Solar System) Venus was revered and feared by ancient Druidic Celtic peoples as having magical powers.
Venus was described as Bringer of Peace in Gustav Holsts Planet Suite.
