golden hour arrives
as sun sinks into the horizon ~
and I breathe
I have survived
another day without you
what will my heart feel
tomorrow
when bluebirds twitter
and I hear only silence ~
as I search for the sound
of your voice?
left with only memories
of our time together ~I know, as surely as
the sun will rise at dawn
~ we will be together again
until then, I shall find you in my dreams
