tonight, a million moonflower trumpets will herald the arrival of the Lunar bride with her wedding gown train of astral wishing stars       and you will not be here       to see them shine     tonight, a million firework  bouquets    will explode in the summer sky     with trembling and flickering blue lights       and you will not be here       to see them shine tomorrow, the Sun bridegroom will rise as the stars say goodbye he will gently embrace his fading bride with the warmest touch       and you will not be here       to see them shine               Author Notes thank you for reading my poem, I appreciate your time and kindness moonflowers are flowers that open at night and resemble a trumpet Gypsy
