Yes, depending on whether or not you know your alphabet soup?
Or your ABC's?
Can you count past 1 to 3 ?
made to count backwards in groups of seven from 100 until you were told to stop?

Only if the officer can possibly see?
Yes, see that you were not sober!
To Be or Not To Be?
That is the question indeed!

Of course, in the court of law, you may possibly be forced there and or if the legal proceedings are partaking JUSTICE?
Yes,because of violence?
Simply noncompliance?
