Soft shoe shuffle, Reindeer sharp
Sharp hooves clatter on the snowy tiles
Tiles crumbling, reindeer skidding, park
Park above grandma snoozing with smiles
Smiles, sitting by the musty rug
Rug so old, her feet so cold
Cold Santa crept up on the roof looking
Looking at the lovely lady so old
Old roof gave way and caved in that night
Night fright, the face of the jolly man in red
Red-faced he landed on her lap
Lap inviting, crashing, woke her from her bed
Bed lonely, she waited years for her man
Man, she cuddled her Santa tight
Tight she held him when the roof collapsed
Collapsed, he found her lap his delight
