I recall a tiny gold ring my mother gave to me. It was heart shaped with my initial and oh so pretty.  My mother kept it in safekeeping and under lock snd key.     When I got older she gave it back and in one month I lost it you see.  I searched all over my sisters yard. I was staying there at the time.     I searched high and low but my ring I could not find.    My heart was broken when I lost my ring it meant the world to me.    To this day I never did find it and still saddens me deeply.  Writing Prompt Write a rhyming poem about something you have lost - not someone.
