For me, faith is a matter of trust. Faith empowers you to follow the path, even if you can't see it for yourself, and to walk the path regardless of what the outcome may be. I don't always listen as carefully as I should, because we are all human and therefore flawed, but I know the path is there and a Shepherd's voice is there to guide me.
