Seasons of Faith
I
So, upon the initial breath drawn,
began mankind's life of firsts.
First-year, whether in high gear
or low gear; little does everyone
know they will be doted on
as the premiere object of His love.
... And God saw the light, that it was good:
and that very same light,
His love is held in the soul's
of each and every child born.
Insuring salvation with each breath drawn.
Light so bright, even Satan can't fight,
this claim of God and salvation goals.
...and God divided the light from darkness He called night ...
Because an unbroken bond is formed
in the heart of God from the very first day,
even as man travels in the Light, then so,
as in the darkness of night,
lives will be transformed.
...and the evening and the morning were the first day.
Even with the very first day, entered "free will"
a universal law that God gave mankind.
He sent His highest and best; His goodwill
so that His Light would shine,
and humanity not become blind.
