But they also make thunder boom.
They make splashing water puddles over every street.
Mom says they drench her.
I say they're sweet.
OH! How I love dashing-n-splashing in spring rain.
Especially when Mom can not complain.
Whilst gushing water squish under our feet.
We pause to say hi...to people we meet.
You too can be singing in spring rain.
Like me-n-Mom...we're feeling no pain."
