blue agave - (agave tequilana) an agave plant that is an important economic product in Jalisco, Mexico. It is the base ingredient of tequila.
tequila sunrise - a cocktail made of tequila, orange juice and grenadine. Served unmixed, the cocktail is named for its appearance with gradations of color resembling a sunrise.
