Everyday it seems I'm on repeat  Forgetting presence is my skeleton key, Ghosts flood the halls within my mind,  Head full of distraction blurring reality.  I must soak in This Moment and find me.  Author Notes This was fun to write. I took a fun spin on the importance of mindfulness and being present. Past includes shame, guilt, regret, depression. Future holds anxiety, fear, dread. Right here and now nothing is wrong, itâ??s either already happened or hasnâ??t happened yet. It will always be Right Now. Stay in the present, itâ??s where life exists!
