Charge went in for the kill
But I held him back.
He reminds me (a bit) of Sabre
Same ears pricked forward, same nose,
Black and wet and ever busy.
His eyes are different though.
Sabre never lost the laughter in his
Charge's eyes are allseeing, wise and cold.
His tail wags the same though.
Yes he's a good dog. I'll miss him.

He likes Charge and I know he wants him
