The Old Farmer's Almanac has nothing on me for reliability and frankness.

I predict:

1. Somewhere on planet earth, it will be warm, even hot, all winter.

2. In other places, it will be extremely cold, even frozen.

3. The amount of sunshine received in these two extremes will make the difference.

4. There will also be rain in various places.

5. There will be drought in places other than the various places previously mentioned.

6. High winds will also happen, the velocity of which can be gauged by the number of letters written to the local papers complaining of power outages which last more than an hour.

7. Another gauge of destructive winds causing power outages will be the number of abandoned E cars in the streets.

8. There will be a few cold days in hot areas and a few hot days in cold areas which encourage their respective residents to belive a lie.

9. Some will enjoy heat, others the cold, while living in the exact opposite conditions.

10. Warning::New Englanders should disregard all these predictions.
