Hey,
hold not bitterness.
It's trial and error.
The light comes often,
so regular,
like the day mask
we all wear.
Harder to recognize
than to bear.
The more sure
the thicker
the mask.
I have seen
the fracture
of said masks.
It is not
a pretty sight.
Do you have the strength
to strip yours
and discover a path
that was always there?
We have but one teacher,
mortality,
and it has but one path.
"We are all just unfinished sentences,
hanging in the air. . ." (Hans Joachim Marseilles-1942)

Author Notes
The ending quote, if I have attributed it incorrectly-
as in the quote is correct, but how I credit it.
Please inform me as to how. Since I cannot put
a little number up by the quotes, and then explain in author notes.
Thank you,
victor touche
