The times are tough all through the night,
but strength returns with morning light.
Another day, another start,
still burdened with a night time heart.
We must be brave, must face each day,
there really is no other way.
Fond memories are buried deep,
hold on to them, they're yours to keep.
These loving souls who helped you grow,
they're always there, will never go.
They'll help you till your final day
and bring you comfort on life's way.
So, I shall hold them in my heart-
May ties with them never depart.
