He studied the proposition that lay before him. He would be lying if he said he wasn’t tempted. It would be nice to retire, but it wasn’t just himself he had to worry about. He had to admit, it was prime real estate. The new buyer had great plans, he was going to knock some walls down and brighten the place with fire and brimstone. In the end it came down to morals; did he really think it was the right thing? God picked up the phone and rejected Satan’s offer.
