Proverbs 18: 21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
I have read so many postings of folk who postulate,
on theories they are making, as experts they relate.
Mausoleums I am building, when it's not my job to judge.
that I cannot bear witness of, when storing up a grudge.
I am not wise nor expert in, so many, many ways.
Nor am I good at guessing truth from news I read these days.
I do not know, so I won't guess, I could create a grave,
in giving substance to a thought, my prayer life is to save.
God says I must not play the judge, and I believe that's true.
The only one who knows the truth unravels all the glue.
Remember hope belongs to all, but tongues can steal away,
when Jesus says there's power in words, we steal the light from day.
Why don't we pray for those we judge, in giving them a chance,
perhaps we'll change the path they're on, reversing circumstance.
And maybe we'll plant trees in seas, or move a mountain's course,
if Jesus says it's possible, appealing to life's source.

I have been reading, and hearing from many sources, TV, radio, other Christians, and in people who in general, judge, Putin and his unfortunate decision to invade Ukraine, taking an horrific path in the destruction of lives, property, and plunging a country into chaos, and in fact, the thoughts of folk everywhere, and also affecting the economies and the morale of the world.
I am reminded of Jesus words when dying on the cross for ALL mankind, Forgive them Father, they know not what they do.
It is not our job to judge, our job is to spread the good news and the grace of God to the world.
Remember the story of one angel killing 186,000 invading Assyrians being killed, In KingHezekiahs rule in 713BC, (2 Kings 8:13-) if God can do that, it Is easy for Him to save both Putin and Ukraine, imagine that. I am certain Jesus did not want to go to the cross, but He did it for ALL people, including the worse tyrants who have ever been.
Lord, I pray that you will forgive Vladimir Putin, change His heart and rescue and save the citizens of Ukraine, redeem their land, and change the hearts of the Russian soldiers to have mercy on the innocent folk of Ukraine, In Jesus name I pray.
