STORY IN A POEM
To write a story in a poem
Is not my best endeavor.
Imagination starts to roam
For some events that's clever.
Subjects should be really nice
Good with no aggression.
Living should contain some spice
But leave a good impression.
I put a frog in Nancy's lunch.
She screamed "It's dripping slime!"
Everybody laughed a bunch.
Detention struck that time.
Often times I pulled the pranks
On family, friends and teachers.
I lied when questioned in the ranks
"Who was it greased the bleachers?"
So on and on the story goes
A Rebel in the making.
A prankster now from head to toes.
Had everybody quaking.
The vote was leave me down a well
It was my school's rendition.
My pranks no punishment could quell.
Career choice? Politician.
