Today I will strive to be at peace with myself - to cultivate love and harmony within
I will remain in this moment, awakened and aware - in the warm seas of faith I will swim
When life's journey gets difficult, I will remain strong,
emotions steadfast and steeled
I will draw on the power of compassion and love, a sabre of truth I shall wield
My limitations are none, believe we are all one
