I didn't have the honor of knowing August in life. I perused his portfolio yesterday and was blown away; August's stunning poetry is reminiscent of that of Theodore (Tim) McDowell, one of our finest poets. Through the power of collective prayer, we have ensured that August's portfolio will be preserved, notwithstanding that the Lord of Storyland demanded payment in earthly currency.
