Hill drives to go home. He had a busy day at work. He starts to think that he's a loner and no one cares about him. Could it be that he's jumping to conclusions? I think. Once he parks at his parking lot at home, he goes inside. It is dark in his home. He turns on the lights. "Surprise! Happy Birthday, Hill!" all his friends cried happily. It sounds like they do care about him. What a big surprise. Writing Prompt Write a complete story in 80 words or less. The theme is 'Surprise.' You may incorporate this theme into the story any way you wish, but it must somehow relate to the topic. Author Notes 80 words counted.
