Life will oft seem like a puzzle,
that we must face with cautious care.
It seems life's a one time voyage,
sailed so carefully, here and there.
Life's not over till some signal,
showing you're about to depart.
Then, you lift your head in triumph,
knowing your life was played with heart.
So soon earthly time is over,
when all your laughs and tears are done.
You will rest in peace by knowing,
that you gave all yourself and won.
When the time comes to be over
and you must face eternity,
the world will remain, keep turning,
while we sail on, forever free.
