I sit drinking coffee
As the sun lights up the day
Filled with anticipation,
The hot coffee hits me
The hot coffee hits me
In the morning, all is good
But drinking it too late
I cannot sleep at all
Coffee causes nightmares

from writing com poetry corner weekly poetry forms: The Pirouette is a ten-line structure with six syllables in each line, written in free verse with a twist (pirouette) when line 5 is repeated in line 6 to start a different perspective, as demonstrated in the following link: http://www.rainbowcommunications.org/velvet/forms/Pirouette.pdf
Unrhymed. 10 lines of free verse. Each line contains 6 syllables.
Line 5 and 6 are Identical. Line 6 starts the second stanza. Both halves
different.
