Moonbeam sneaks through my window  entwined in a cold breeze and jasmine’s musky fragrance reminiscent of mom’s scent — I drown in wistfulness   Author Notes KANSHI POEM refers to works by Japanese poets written in classical Chinese during the Tang Dynasty in the Heian Era (794-1185), Kanshi is written in 5 to 7 syllables and 4 to 8 lines.
