A recipe to take the place of politics.
Surprise Cup Cakes
box chocolate cake mix and whatever it requires.
1 tsp vanilla
for filling:
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 C sugar
pinch salt
6 oz pkg chocolate chips
Papers for muffin tins
Prepare cake mix, adding a tsp vanilla for more flavor.
Pour into paper cups in muffin tin, 2/3 full
Oven -- 350
Filling:
With mixer, cream the cheese with sugar. Add egg and salt.
Stir chocolate chips into creamed cheese mixture.
Drop tsp full of filling into center of each cupcake.
If you have extra, use it. The more the better.
Bake 20 -- 25 minutes
Icing is up to you. Bought icing is certainly quick and easy.
