Excellent 100 words Money Monkey by Wils 100 Word Flash Fiction writing prompt entry

I am his performing monkey. Whilst he sits there in his bright, enticing colours collecting the moolah I’m the one doing the work, the thing that makes them pull out their wallets in the first place. I manage to glance down, mid performance, and spy a fifty tucked away in his innards. It may not be a bad day after all. The crowd disperses as my act comes to an end. I pick him up and pocket my earned rewards before placing him on my head, his place of pride. Off to my next gig on the street performer roundabout.   Writing Prompt Write a flash fiction story. 100 words exactly. Title not included in count.
