Andrew Cuomo, governor of New York, stands, both feet firmly planted, in doggie business. His right foot: Cuomo is accused of a bait-and-switch scheme as regards under-reporting of deaths from Corona. In-hospital deaths of those who'd contracted Corona whilst in nursing facilities were not included in the facilities' tallies. This tactic served to deflect accusations of negligence for tardiness in mandating institutional safety measures. A monster was spawned nine months on when Cuomo's shenanigans shot him in the foot. Segue to: His left foot: Cuomo is accused of sexual harassment of three young female staffers, for having subjected them to innuendo suggestive of solicitation. A three-way sexual scandal trumps numbers gaming; thus, the shady has been overshadowed by the sleazy.
