A gift for Mommy,
With lopsided ears,
A broken trunk,

Molded with a pure heart...
Sprinkled with reciprocated true love...
Pounded with effort and pinched with care...
Mixed with sweat and tears...
Entirely for me.
In a place of honor
It lives
For all to admire.

It is A flash of lightning, gone so quickly;
It is a fox pup exploring
Its new forest home.
