There's a gas station in Bow, Washington where I always used to stop to get their delicious deep fried gizzards. They said they aren't allowed to serve them anymore. I don't understand why they can't, but restaurants can serve deep fried stuff. They said they had to throw away all their frozen stock, because it expired, and they still haven't been allowed to cook any. So they also never re-ordered more.
So I found a recipe online, and made some myself. They're not as good as the gas station's though. I was so sad that they threw away all that stock. I would have bought it all if had I known!!!!!!!
