This work has reached the exceptional level
Oh, to rediscover that which was lost!

I Cast My Spell...

Dragon's breath,
Mermaid grace…
Oh, would that such childhood musings
This old tired heart imbibe, embrace:
Forever peaceful.
Sorrows forgotten.
Worries  erased.
 
Elven magic
Fairy's  dust…
Love to surrender days of drudge
Give in to my soul’s wanderlust:
Oh anticipation!
Come Neverland!
Reverie’s  lust!
 
Griffin feathers
Dwarven gold…
Perhaps I’ll find it once again
And my reward will be tenfold:
Endless dreamer,
Ever youthful,
Never  old!
