This work has reached the exceptional level
long distance love

Sending my love

Sending my love across the ocean
To far distant shores
Sending with so much devotion
Hoping no one ignores

The message that I send to you
Wherever you may be
Hoping that my love gets through
Across this lonely sea

And if you receive my message here
Please just let me know
That my love is loud and clear
Before you have to go

By phone, email or letter
Let the social network find the way
To a liaison so much better

And even though we're isolated
Through mask and social distance
