I got up at 3:00 a.m. this morning thinking about how I am going to be forced into therapy, I was looking at the poems to review and came across "3:00 a.m." by JM4805. His poem really helped me! He is a behavioral health specialist, and I could relate to what he wrote in his poem. Thanks also to Dovey for giving me this Fibonacci Spiral format. And thanks to Gerd Altmann from Pixabay for photo.
